A crypto investor made millions of dollars as one of the first to buy the newly launched meme coin in the market.
The crypto market focused on PUNDU, a Solana-based meme coin released on March 26. A whale using a sniper bot made millions of dollars as one of the first to buy PUNDU.
According to data provided by the on-chain analysis platform Lookonchain, the whale made a $3.3 million purchase as soon as he added liquidity to PUNDU using the bot software.
Just 20 minutes later, he sold all his PUNDU holdings for $7.4 million. The whale’s profit in less than half an hour amounted to $4.1 million.
PUNDU, launched by DAO Maker, faced criticisms due to the delayed start of the “claim” process, causing it to lose over 50% of its value.
